AVIO 1103 - Avionics Maintenance Practices

3 hr(s).
A study of the use of basic hand tools and power equipment, shop safety, aircraft wiring installation and precautions, aircraft cleaning and corrosion control.  Fabrication and installation of sheet metal parts for antenna and Line Replaceable Units (LRU) installations.  The use and care of precision test equipment, calibrated tools and specialty tools related to avionics installations.
