This course examines the fashion retail processes and strategies used across various distribution channels, with a specific focus on apparel production and accessories merchandising. Students will explore the business principles employed in retail merchandising; analyzing procedures and distribution methods to market fashion goods from manufacturer to consumer. Key topics include supply chain management, inventory control, sales forecasting, public relations with marketing, and understanding consumer demographics and behavior.
