FOSM 2270 - Sem Nutrition & Dietetics Tech

This course will focus on preparing students for the Dietetic Technician Registration Exam and entry into the dietetic profession by discussing legal and ethical issues, professionalism, certification and licensing, and job readiness.  Students must pass a final competency exam to pass this course.
