This course will focus on professional organizations, testing and certification, and preparation for entry into the professional field respective to the chosen specialization. Students will enroll in sections designated by the specialization: FOSM 2995C - Culinary, FOSM 2995P - Pastry & Baking, FOSM 2995N - Nutrition & Dietetics Technology, FOSM 2995H - Hospitality & Tourism.
