MLAB 2218 - Hematology3 hr(s).
This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of the theory and principles in normal blood cell production and blood cell disorders. The student will learn about hematologic disorders and classify these based on clinical laboratory findings. Successful completion of this course with “C” or better is required for graduation.
Prerequisite(s): MLAB 2216 and MLAB 2218L concurrently
Restriction(s): Medical Laboratory Technology majors
