INTR 2280 - Empowering Leadership3 hr(s). The purpose of this course is to help prepare students to assume increasingly responsible leadership roles of empowerment in their personal, professional and academic lives. This interdisciplinary, student-centered course focuses not only on significant theories of empowering leadership and their applicability to leaders of the past and present, but also includes substantial hands-on, experiential learning opportunities in which students practice empowering leadership. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1104 with a grade of “C” or better
