FOSM 2233 - Pastries & Confections Laboratory2 hr(s). This course is an advanced pastry course where students will refine sills for more complex and intricate preparations of pastry, confections, and dessert products. Students will also be introduced to candy, sugar, and chocolate work. Prerequisite(s): FOSM 1130 , FOSM 1131 , and must be taken concurrently with FOSM 2232 Restriction(s): Culinary Arts and Pastry & Baking Arts majors
