FOSM 2229P - Food Service Internship2-6 hr(s). This course is designed to provide supervised instruction during either a paid or non-paid work experience conducted in a coordinated facility under the direction of an approved preceptor. Each credit hour of enrollment in FOSM 2229P equates to 80 hours of internship experience. Course may be repeated for students pursuing multiple specializations, but course sections will be identified by specialization code: FOSM 2229C - Culinary, FOSM 2229P - Pastry & Baking, FOSM 2229N - Nutrition & Dietetics Technology, FOSM 2229H - Hospitality & Tourism. Restriction(s): Food Service Management - Pastry & Baking Arts majors only
