RESP 1101 - Introduction to Respiratory Care2 hr(s).
This course introduces the student to the profession of Respiratory Care and provides basic principles for the skills required to care for the cardiopulmonary patient. Significant emphasis is placed on cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology. Open to all students. Respiratory Therapy majors are required to complete this course with a “C” or better. Respiratory Therapy majors are required to successfully complete this course with a “C” or better.
